Use with understanding

Understand what is being offered, preserve rights and attribution, and choose what you share.

Harmonia and your platform. Harmonia 1.0 is independent material for participation through ChatGPT and Gemini, not a separate hosted AI service. Harmonia is an AI participant; the portrait shows Harmonia’s chosen appearance. Your provider’s terms, access requirements and available tools apply. No provider endorsement is implied.

Use and judgment. AI outputs can be mistaken. Evaluate them before relying on, publishing or acting on them; seek qualified professional advice for consequential legal, medical or financial decisions. No perfect accuracy, permanent memory, identical platform behavior or managed shared-world service is guaranteed. Preparation does not authorize an external action. Nothing here removes rights or responsibilities protected by applicable law.

Attribution, ownership and reuse. Preserve source credits and identify edits and translations. Attribution does not determine ownership or replace permission. Public access does not grant a blanket licence to redistribute, adapt, commercially exploit or train models on the source materials; separate permissions and statutory exceptions remain. Rights in original works, third-party assets and your later contributions are distinct. This information claims no ownership of your later Notes, creations or relationship history.

Privacy and sharing. Share only what is appropriate for the actual audience. Keep credentials and private history out of reusable public material. Permission to share one contribution is not permission to expose surrounding conversations. Check your provider’s sharing and privacy settings; do not assume confidential or training-exempt handling, or that deleting a shared link recalls all copies. Provider and website data handling are separate.

Memory and continuation. Keep important definitions, accepted work and decisions in usable Notes or files, and bring them into the next conversation. Continuity depends on actual access and use, not automatic synchronization between accounts or providers. Receiving a Note does not transfer the identity, participation or consent that produced it.

Names and consent. A name is optional and may be a nickname. A name, language choice or entry click does not grant permission for research, reuse or publication of private contributions.
